Dear Advertiser on Werkster.NL Background: After 20 years of thinking that I should be able to clean my own house, I’ve finally decided to seek help in cleaning my house, as I am always living in quite a mess and the house is not clean. Details of the object / requested services / situation: 1. Object details - Houseboat – 22 meter x 4.5 meters - Living – 16m x 4,5 - Including kitchen area - Bathroom – 3m x 1.80m – including bath/shower, sink, toilet - Bedroom – 4.5m x 3m - Steering hut (office) 3m x 3m 2. Owner details - Paul van de Griendt - Male - Dutch - ZZP (independent IT consultant) - Works from home - I really like my work and do 50-60 hrs p/w often incl work on weekend   3. Current Situation of the houseboat To give you a good idea of the current state of cleaning in my house so that you can decide if this is a job you would be interested in, see the following description of the situation: - I do not like cleaning, have no patience for it, therefore my house if always a mess and not clean. - My kitchen has uncleaned dishes that have been there for 6 months - Bathroom has not been cleaning in 6 months - No vacuum cleaning for 6 months - No mopping for 6 months - I used to have 3 cats, but unfortunately the last one past away last summer. - Therefore, as I had left cat food in one of the kitchen cupboards, I had mice on the boat for the last year. - I believe the mice are dead now after a long process of traps and eventually the use of poison - The kitchen cupboards etc need a deep clean as there is mouse droppings everywhere. 4. Requested Cleaning Services - Short term – Deep clean – may take several days to complete - Deep clean of kitchen area - Deep clean of floor - Deep clean of bathroom - Windows inside - Etc - Long term – Regular maintenance - General housekeeping and maintenance cleaning - Kitchen cleaning - Bathroom and toilet cleaning - Dusting and surface care - Vacuuming and mopping - Bed making and changing bed linen - Interior window cleaning - Laundry and light ironing - Periodic rotating tasks, such as cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, when time allows or upon request 5.
